Make Tassels
Make two for scarf and one for hat: Wrap yarn around a 5" cardboard piece 50 times. Cut 5" piece of yarn and attach securely to one side of the yarn. Remove from the cardboard, keeping the yarn in its same shape. Cut one side of the yarn circles. Cut another 5" piece of yarn and secure firmly about 3/4" down from the first tie. Trim the ends. Attach to opposite ends of the scarf and to the point of the hat.
