| The way I make fringe is very easy. I use a videotape cover--you know the fancy covers like children's movies are in? I wrap the fringe around the short side for shorter fringe and the long side for longer fringe. There is a really nice recess in the videotape cover making it perfect for cutting with your scissors. | |
